Gaddafi Arnasalam leads TGK's external relationships — identifying, evaluating, and cultivating the sponsors, vendors, and strategic allies that drive sustainable brand growth. He brings a performance-driven approach to every partnership, ensuring each relationship delivers measurable value aligned with TGK's long-term vision.

Working closely with executive leadership, Gaddafi ensures TGK's expansion is controlled, intentional, and built on alliances that strengthen the brand without dilution or distraction.

Richard Culmer is the training backbone of TGK. As Lead Training Officer, he oversees every aspect of firearms instruction — from curriculum design and range safety protocols to the live-fire sessions where real skills are built. His on-range presence is clear, authoritative, and student-focused.

Richard brings a structured, accountability-driven approach to every class, ensuring students leave with genuine competence, ingrained safety habits, and the confidence to handle their firearm responsibly in any situation.
